PURPOSE: To encourage the public’s use and support of the library, to supplement library services and materials; and to provide programs in accord with libraries polices and needs.
MEMBERS RECEIVE: the Friends’ quarterly newsletter; entrance to the book sales on the Friday from 1 to 3 p.m. before the public book sales; the appreciation of staff, volunteers, patrons and your fellow Friends members; and the satisfaction that you personally support a priceless community resource.
FUNDS COME FROM private donations, membership dues, and the sale of donated books.

Book sales are held every other month on the first Saturday, 9:30am to 3:30pm

Volunteers are needed on the 1st Friday morning before the book sale from 9am to 12 noon in February, April, June, August, October and December to help set up the book sale.
Volunteers are needed on the 1st Saturday afternoon from 3pm to 5pm in February, April, June, August, October and December to help close the book sale by loading boxes of books for storage.
